How portal communications are handled
LvlUp Network stores portal messages, support conversations, files, account activity, Academy progress, and imported creator performance data to operate the creator program.
Authorized Owners may review internal communications for legal, safety, moderation, support, and training purposes. Owner access does not use impersonation. Opening or exporting a private conversation is recorded in the audit log.
Soft-deleted messages may remain available to authorized Owners under the retention policy or a legal hold. Directory profiles expose only fields creators approve for internal networking; email, private analytics, staff notes, and internal assignments are never directory fields.
Access is removed during offboarding while required account, assignment, training, import, ticket, and communication history is archived for authorized oversight and restoration.
